Deposit Limits

Removing a limit entirely: Removing an active deposit limit entirely follows the same 7-day cooling-off rule as increases. This deliberate friction is designed to protect you from in-the-moment decisions that you might regret later.

Time-Out & Cooling-Off Features

Cooling-Off Period (24 hours to 6 weeks): A cooling-off period temporarily locks your account against new deposits and betting activity. You may choose any duration from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you may still log in to view your transaction history and withdraw any existing balance, but you cannot place new bets or make new deposits. The cooling-off activates immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen end date.

How to activate a time-out: Go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings and select "Time-Out / Cooling-Off". Choose your preferred duration and confirm. When a time-out ends: When your cooling-off period expires, your account automatically returns to its standard active state. No action is required from you to reactivate it. If you feel you need a longer break after the cooling-off ends, consider using the full self-exclusion tool described in the next section.

Immediate effect: All cooling-off requests take effect instantly. Once activated, no deposit or bet can be placed until the period expires — even if you contact support asking for early reactivation.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available at 90jeli. When you self-exclude, your account is permanently deactivated for the duration of the exclusion period, and you are prevented from creating a new account on the Platform during that time. Self-exclusion is designed for players who believe their gambling is causing, or is at risk of causing, genuine harm to themselves or their families.

Available exclusion durations: You may choose a minimum exclusion period of 6 months, or opt for 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years. Alternatively, you may request a permanent self-exclusion with no scheduled end date.

What happens when you self-exclude:

  • Your account is immediately locked. All active sessions are terminated.

Permanent self-exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. This is the most serious level of protection and is appropriate for players who have decided they do not wish to gamble again. We treat permanent self-exclusion requests with great care and respect.
