Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 90jeli ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 90jeli website located at https://90jeli.com and all associated services, games, promotions, and content (collectively, "the Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the 90jeli Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been registered.
90jeli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 90jeli Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall override the English version.
Jurisdiction
The 90jeli Platform is operated and made available to players in Bangladesh. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that your use is subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your place of residence before registering.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
The 90jeli Platform is intended for adults only. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria before registering or using any service on the Platform:

- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, corporate entity, or undisclosed principal.
- You have not previously had a 90jeli account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 90jeli or any other gambling operator where access to online gambling services has been restricted at your request.
- You are using only your own funds to deposit and wager. You are not wagering on behalf of another person, and the funds you deposit are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Age Verification: 90jeli employs age and identity verification procedures as part of the account registration and ongoing compliance process. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age (such as a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any point. Access to the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be voided and forfeited in full.
Responsible Use of Parental Controls: If you share a device with other household members, including minors, it is your responsibility to ensure that the 90jeli Platform is not accessible to those individuals. Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by 90jeli — including deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and participation in promotions — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge.
Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information current at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (including city — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or other), email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.
One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active 90jeli account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes attempted fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 90jeli will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, close the original account. Any bonus funds received across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Net winnings derived from duplicate account activity may also be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 90jeli will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 90jeli immediately by emailing [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 90jeli operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to safe and fair gaming. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 90jeli may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until the process is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 90jeli Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 90jeli does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.
Deposits: Players may deposit funds into their 90jeli account using any of the supported payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected. 90jeli does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 90jeli account. 90jeli does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing time for withdrawal requests is between one (1) and three (3) business days, though bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. 90jeli reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review or compliance check.
Source of Funds: By depositing funds into your 90jeli account, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence. 90jeli cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the event of any suspected financial crime.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 90jeli reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing fourteen (14) days' written notice to the registered email address. Where the account balance falls to zero, the dormant account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 90jeli offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 90jeli account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Players are encouraged to read wagering requirements carefully before accepting any bonus offer.
Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to new depositing players only and are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. 90jeli reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to reverse any bonus credited in error or in breach of eligibility conditions.
Bonus Abuse: 90jeli monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets on the same event to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus whoring"). Where bonus abuse is identified, 90jeli reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account in question.
Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry of any bonus credited to their account.
Modification and Withdrawal: 90jeli reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a player prior to such amendment will be honoured. We also reserve the right to decline a player's participation in any promotion at our sole discretion.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
90jeli is committed to providing a fair, honest, and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games available on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 90jeli itself.
Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly forbidden on the 90jeli Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited:
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or 90jeli staff members to manipulate the outcome of any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform glitches to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise be achievable in normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity information, or attempting to conduct chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any software, content, or intellectual property belonging to 90jeli or its game providers.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person, operating a betting syndicate, or acting as an agent for any third party without the express written consent of 90jeli.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial or professional betting operations.
Disputed Game Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome was the result of a technical fault, you must notify 90jeli within 48 hours of the disputed event by emailing [email protected] with the relevant game reference number and a description of the issue. 90jeli will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of 90jeli's technical team, in conjunction with the relevant game provider where applicable, shall be final.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
90jeli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.
Effects of Suspension: During a period of account suspension, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or participate in any game or promotion on the Platform. Where suspension is triggered by a compliance or security review, 90jeli will endeavour to complete that review and communicate an outcome within ten (10) business days.
Effects of Closure: Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 90jeli reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where the closure results from fraudulent conduct, duplicate account activity, or abuse of promotions. Where closure is not the result of a breach — for example, at the player's own request or as a result of a self-exclusion — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.
Voluntary Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion. If you are closing your account because gambling is causing you distress or financial harm, please consider requesting self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your account settings rather than simple account closure.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90jeli, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
Platform Availability: While 90jeli makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous and uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, server downtime, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. 90jeli accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, technical faults, or interrupted connectivity.
Third-Party Game Providers: Games hosted on the 90jeli Platform are supplied by independent third-party studios. While we select providers that meet our quality and fairness standards, 90jeli cannot be held responsible for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions originating from those third-party systems. In the event of a third-party game error that results in an incorrect pay-out, 90jeli and the relevant provider reserve the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
Internet and Device Risk: Online gambling requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. 90jeli accepts no responsibility for losses, missed bets, or interrupted game sessions caused by internet outages, device failures, browser incompatibilities, or network issues at the player's end — including connectivity issues arising from use of Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or any other Bangladeshi mobile network.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 90jeli Platform — including but not limited to the 90jeli brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of 90jeli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from 90jeli is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 90jeli support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority, as determined by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
